By going to the “Homepage” tab. You will be able to select the studio of your choice according to your dates and find out which one is available for your stay!
In the calendar: enter the number of travelers and your dates, then click “Check Availability” . You will then have to register your information and then make the payment. Check that you have received your confirmation email a few minutes later. Here is your reserved accommodation!
Here is how the booking process will work:
1) a) To book, either you book directly online and pay in full on the “locatonyc” website, simple and fast.
b) either you book by telephone (this is possible more than 2 months before the date of the stay); in this case, you will pay 50% of the total amount of your rental on the payment link that you will receive by email.
Here are the next steps to come:
2) You will immediately receive, by e-mail, the confirmation and the contract to sign, as well as information concerning your stay.
3) Two days before your arrival:
* For those who have booked by phone, you will receive, by email, a 2nd payment link (for the payment of the balance + the €25 cleaning supplement + the tourist tax – unless you have paid in full at the time of booking on the live site)* you will receive a 3rd payment link of €150 as a deposit.
This is a bank imprint. This amount will therefore not be debited from your account. (1€ can be debited, but is automatically refunded).4) The anti-covid health protocol has forced us to modify the reception arrangements.
A secure key box will allow you to arrive independently, from 4:00 p.m.* On D-Day of your arrival, contact me if you have not yet received the procedure and the 4-digit code that will allow you to recover the keys.
